With the new regulation which was declared on September 18t, Republic of Turkey grants citizenship to foreigners who make 250,000 $ property investment.
As informed in (b) Regulation (a) Article 20 of the Regulation with the amendment of the Article 2 «b» which regulates the condition for the exceptional acquisiton of Turkish citizenship and referred as « it is possible to obtain Turkish citizenship on exceptional basis for foreign nationality who purchased the immovable property with a minimum amount of 250,000 $ having land registry record which are determined by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanism on the condition that it is not going to be sold for three years».
Within this scope;
Within the scope of Article 20 of the Regulation on Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law states that this immovable / immovables property will not be sold for a period of 3 years for purpose of acquisiton of Turkish citizenship; Within the scope of the 20th Article of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law” is stated that within 3 years is declared that it will not be sold for 3 years from the date of acquisition”. “Within the 20th Article of the Regulation on the Implementation of the Turkish Citizenship Law, there is a commitment not to be sold within three years from the date of acquisition”.

The Eliz Kule project, which brings a new perspective to the concept of high-rise housing project, is located in Ovacık and the construction continues rapidly. Our design which shows a holistic harmony with its environment and makes a difference in its environment; The two towers placed on two separate parcels are designed to create a living street between them. Our street of life is directly accessible from Yozgat Boulevard; accessibility is thus facilitated. The shops are located around the towers and on the terraces of the open area. Both the topography was used correctly and the street was separated from the shops with the difference of the elevation, and it was integrally integrated with the social areas on the terrace. With the landscaping on the terraces, the living area was strengthened and the living street was strengthened. In this way, the living areas, playgrounds, green areas and a safer social area on both sides of the street as the continuation of the living space has been moved to the terraces. In the towers 4 + 1 floor by placing two flats in the landscape and the use of space is intended to capture comfort. The units were elevated on the commercial base by one to thirty and the other to twenty-seven floors, thereby capturing an asymmetric design. In one of the two towers, the last seven, the other in the last nine floors, the only apartment; 5 + 1 as a single apartment in the comfort of the high floors were added to the project. In front of the facade design, a rhythm was caught by positioning winter gardens and balconies on the facade, giving importance to functionality and stretching. Transparency is increased in the facades facing the life street and visual interaction is increased.
